Cinder & Smoke Return & Exchange Policy
At Cinder & Smoke, we take pride in providing high-quality gear and supplies for the magic community. Because of the nature of the products we sell, our return policy is strict but fair. Please read the terms below before making a purchase.
30-Day Exchange-Only Window
We offer an exchange-only policy valid for 30 days from the date of your delivery. If 30 days have passed since your order arrived, we unfortunately cannot offer you an exchange of any kind.
Damaged or Defective Products
We only replace items if they arrive damaged or defective.
If you receive a product that is faulty, broken, or manufacturing-defective, you are eligible for an identical replacement.
To initiate an exchange, please contact us immediately at admin@cindersmoke.ca with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video evidence of the damage or defect.
What Is Not Covered (Buyer’s Remorse)
Please choose your items carefully. We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse.
Once an item is purchased, we cannot offer refunds, credits, or exchanges simply because you changed your mind, no longer want the item, or don't like the secret behind a magic effect.
Shipping Your Return
Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
The return shipping address will be provided to you only after your exchange request has been officially accepted via email.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
